Dana Ross is a certified Sports Performance professional with over 20 years experience in the field. Ross is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified trainer, athletic coach and certified Vertimax trainer. As an owner of a private gym, Ross currently operates Ross Sports Performance, LLC, training some of the top youth, collegiate and professional athletes in various sports.
Her passion for sports performance began through her love of sports which developed as a young athlete playing soccer, basketball and running track. As one of the top track and field athletes in the country at a young age, Ross qualified for Olympic Training Camp which exposed her to some of the top athletic trainers in the world, igniting her interest in performance training. Ross later went on to become a NCAA division 1 track and field athlete with conference honors and in later years, head coach of track and field USATF and high school programs.
Ross’ program is for those who want to seriously develop into a high-performance athlete. Results are the ultimate goal and can only be achieved with passion, persistence and purpose; the formula for being a Pure Quality Athlete.
