Read MoreOur science based sports performance training programs are the most effective way to train athletes so they can perform at their best. Science-based, means it comes from real evidence and not just guesses. Over 700 studies conducted world wide within the past 40 years have found that this type of training produces greater results than other types of exercise programs. This includes better improvements in aerobic capacity, endurance, strength, power, speed, multi-planar movement, hand-eye coordination, explosiveness, overall athleticism and faster recovery after workouts. We also use other techniques such as body weight training and yoga for strength, injury prevention and relief from pain.
This type of intense training combined with technical skill development helps an athlete’s practice techniques which transfers into their performance during competitions where it counts! We offer various programs for different levels of athleticism including our elite sports performance program which has been used by collegiate and professional athletes.
